A: We will tell you our pool tables are 100% solid maple or oak wood, leather pockets, 3-piece 1” slate including choice of Championships felt, deluxe accessory kit, and free shipping. Our tables are beautifully crafted at a low price. You are not dealing with a retail company but a wholesale company, which is why we are able to offer a low price. Q:  How much are the crates and shipping charges?
A:  Absolutely, no charges for you. All pool table and slates are crated to protect them during shipping. KGI Billiards will pay for the crates and shipping fees.


Q: Do I have to help the truck driver unload the 1000 LB pool table?
A: Of course not, the truck is equipped with lift gate service and the driver will bring the pool table and slate to the nearest covered area over the threshold, such as the garage.
HOWEVER, the freight company WILL NOT bring the pool table inside your home, townhouse or apartment building, up or down any stairs including front porch steps, 2nd floors, and basements. The freight company DOES NOT uncrate, removes debris, or setup the pool table. Your home must be 18-wheeler accessible. If not, the freight company may impose additional delivery charges.


Q: Do I have to sit home for days to wait for the pool table comes?
A: The trucking company will call you and schedule an appointment to deliver the table when the pool table arrives at the shipping terminal nearest your home.


Q:  How long will it take for my table to ship?
A: It takes about 1-2 days to process the order. Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days, depending upon destination. We highly recommend you to not make any appointments with an installer based upon projected arrival date. All orders are delivered via trucking company, therefore is not a guaranteed service it will be there. There is an additional fee for guaranteed service. It is also highly recommended to inspect the contents of the pool table prior to installation. We will replace parts, but KGI Billiards is not responsible for any installation fees. If the table you have ordered is out of stock then it may take up to 4-6 weeks for your table to ship.


Q:  What if it has been six weeks and I still haven’t received my table?
A:  In extremely rare occasions, a delay may occur within the freighting company. If this happens, please contact us immediately and we will resolve any issues with the freighting company and expedite the table to you.


Q:  Is everything shipped together?
A:  No, the felt is shipped separately via UPS.


Q:  What is the recommended room size?
A:  For a standard 4’x 8’ (8 foot) pool table we recommend a playing area of 13'2" x 16'10". For a 3.5’x 7’(7 foot) pool table we recommend a playing area of 12'8" x 15’.



Q: Do all of your tables come with a lifetime warranty?

Q: Can I install the table myself?
A: Yes, you may install the table yourself, though we would highly recommend having a professional installer set up the table for you.

Q: Do you have installation manual as to how to install the pool table?
A: We don’t have manuals available but there are instruction books available online and you can find references in your local library.  Nevertheless, we still recommend that you seek a professional installer to ensure proper leveling and play of all pool tables.  For even an experienced professional installer requires a few hours to install the table to standards.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A:  You can cancel your order as long as the table has not been shipped.  Once the table has been shipped it can be returned at the expense of the purchaser. Shipping and crate fees will not be refunded.
All cancelled orders and order exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping on cancelled orders is the responsibility of the customer. The actual cost of the original shipping will not be refunded.


Q: Do you have MDF or veneer materials on your pool tables?
A: Each pool table is carefully handcrafted using 100% solid maple or oak wood. There is absolute no MDF or Veneer material used on our pool tables.
