We want you to be fully satisfied with your billiards table from KGI Billiards. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the new product within 14-days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, installation, or other charges.


RETURN GUIDELINES:

• Product must be returned in good, like-new condition (no marks, tears, scratches, cues must be un-chalked) in original package, and with the original invoice, parts, and accessories to insure full credit.
  
• To receive a refund or credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping and insurance pre-prepaid in “new” condition, in original box and packaging. Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund.
  
• Products that are returned more than (14) days after receipt will not be refunded. Products returned within this time frame that are damaged and not in sellable condition will not received a full refund.
  
• Items that you receive damaged due to shipping or that are defective due to factory fault will be promptly exchanged. Please note that if you wish to exchange items that are not defective or damaged, a processing fee, delivery charge, or installation fee will apply.
  
• Refund on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.
  
• Product purchased by check will be refunded two (2) weeks from date of deposit.
  
• There will be 25% restocking fee. Any shipping, handling and installation costs will be deducted from your refund*.
