Lifetime Limited Warranty

KGI Billiards™ warrants the components of each billiards table against defective materials and workmanship for the life of the table with the original purchaser (the “Owner”), as follows:

• Table, Cabinet, Legs, Interior Bracing and Hardwood Rails: Warranted against splitting, cracking, scratches, dents, chips or warping.
  
• Hardwood Rails and Cushions: Warranted against separation, dry rot, or hardening.

KGI Billiards™, or any of its authorized service dealers will provide parts required to repair, or at KGI Billiards™ sole discretion, replace any of the above components covered by this warranty, found, in the sole reasonable judgment of KGI Billiards™ to be defective in materials and/or workmanship.

Parts returned hereunder shall be shipped by conventional surface freight to KGI Billiards™ pre-paid by customer. If the parts, determined by KGI Billiards™ in its sole discretion, to be defective they will be repaired, or replaced, and returned pre-paid by the customer by conventional surface freight carrier. The shipping of (as provided herein) the Product to KGI Billiards™ shall be reimbursed as well. The labor cost for removing, or replacing the damaged part shall be the sole responsible of the “Owner.”


EXCLUSIONS:
KGI Billiards’™ responsibilities under this warranty shall not extend to any of the following: 

• Subsequent purchasers: This warranty is not transferable and may be enforced only by the “Owner”.
  
• Repairs, or replacements required as a result of abuse, neglect, alteration, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other natural calamity, abnormal playing conditions, accidental damage, or improper installation by someone other than KGI Billiards Ô , or its authorized dealer.
  
• Table Leveling.
  
• Incidental costs or damages arising out of any alleged defective component, or from its repair, or replacement.
  
• Replacement of entire Pool Table. This Lifetime Limited Warranty extends only to replace covered components proved to be defective in material or workmanship.
  
• Repair or replacement of the slate, cloth, felt, fabrics, leather, table pockets and playing accessories. There is a 15-day guarantee on accessories from time the pool table was received.
  
• KGI Billiards does not install pool tables, nor do we provide a service warranty for the installation, however, we can refer an installer(s) for you. We cannot guarantee one will be found.

THIS WARRANTY is the entire understanding between you, and KGI Billiards™ of the Warranty Coverage for your Pool Table. KGI Billiards™ makes no other warranties, express or implied, other than those set forth in this document; nor does it authorize any person, or entity to assume any other obligation, or liability in connection with your Pool Table. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. In addition, you may have other legal rights, which may vary from state to state.
